Wilson ZhouApril 28, 2014Mayfield is named for Curtis, which could account for why the food has been described as “soul-food influenced.” In fact, the only dish that qualifies is the buttermilk-fried quail.
Hope Greg is your bartender. He is awesome! The Bennet cocktail is delicious and don't leave without trying the grilled octopus.

Happy hour after midnight on Fridays and Saturdays! $3 Labatts, $4 drafts, $5 well drinks. Great last stop before heading home.

Super yummy brunch but small coffee portion (personal French Press) leaves me wanting more -- wish it were 50% bigger.
Say hi to Greg the bartender and enjoy a delicious pot de creme dessert after your meal.
The pork belly, with octopus and beans is a delicious textural delight.
All the single ladies drinking wine and reading the New Yorker at the bar on a Monday night.

Jonah EatonJuly 19, 2015Uh wow, chicken liver mousse is absurdly rich and delicious. Buttermilk fries quail is a nice take on a southern classic. The bread pudding was to die for. It had Rum Carmel sauce. Nuff said
Shrimp ceviche is a standard for me. Wonderfully diverse wine list. #win
The Chicken Liver Mousse is unreal. Order an extra plate of toast, trust me.
Heirloom tomatoes. Both ceviches. Burger. Scallops. PORK CHOP.
