You will find the longest line to get through security, did you think Disney lines were long? Well the airport has them as well. Take a picture with Mickey and get last minute call at Disney store!
One of the great airports in the USA that offers free wi-fi! Leave plenty of time to clear security, as there is a LOT of international traffic here, due to Walt DisneyWorld and Universal Studios.
Alot of the food places here are not kosher, there will be particles of other dishes in the food line. A lot of the food also sits out for extended periods during the day. The best food: jersey mikes
If you don't have precheck arrive early! As expected, many families and infrequent travelers. Lots of food options so if you get through security fast can relax with some decent food.
Be sure to get to the airport EARLY! Check in and security lines are LONG! Shave some time off by doing on-line check in or curbside. A-List can be helpful but there is no A-List line at security.
At night if you have a friend or family member collecting you from the airport have them meet you on the very empty departures level... No traffic is there at all so easy no-hassle pick-up.
TSA Security Checkpoint times are deceiving! Always arrive earlier than you think you need to be there because it always taked longer than what's posted!
The men's room had a little survey stand regarding how much you enjoyed your "restroom experience", from smiley face to frowny face. Should probably encourage washing hands BEFORE pressing this.
Before traveling here have a game plan because Orlando is spread out. Disney/Universal is an hour a way. Know where you are staying and if they are willing to be adventurous to enjoy the city!
If you don't want to spend your trip shopping, there's the airport Disney & Univ. Studios shops for last minute 1-stop shopping with most items for which we searched the parks feverishly.
Nice and confy airport, Priority Pass Lounge called MCO is very nice too. Only trouble now at the end of the year is about the reform, who let you 30min late every place you want to fly so get earlyer
Make sure to give yourself some time thru security. The entire world is traveling in and out of this airport. Have fun, be patient and you will get to where you need to go.
This is An awesome place! The clean blue carpet are pretty. There r some great souvenirs stores and a big variety in the food court. Brasileiros conseguem localizar-se facilmente, sem gastar com guia!
I like this airport a lot. Very structured. Lots of stores like Disney, universal, Starbucks. Free wifi. Rental cars only 100 ft away. Kind staff. fast gp through even for transatlantic flights.
Seemed nice enough and luckily got through everything quickly and enjoyed a nice breakfast at an Au Bon Pain. Nice and didn't have to spend so much time there. Transport tubes can be a pain when busy.
If you plan to opt out of body scan at the screening check point, make sure you give yourself some time. They dilly dally, take their time, then try to pressure you into not doing it. Don't succumb!
Everything's been surprisingly smooth on this Thanksgiving day flight. Who would have thought? Also, Outback Steakhouse at the Delta terminal, which is no Shake Shack but beats pricey frozen meals \o/
I love this airport. It’s one of the busiest yet cleanest airports I’ve flown through. It’s a HUGE International Airport with friendly Staff & Pleasant TSA workers. I have NEVER had a bad experience.
If you're delayed overnight there are taxi drivers who can suggest discounthotels. They don't get a commission but are sometimes friends with hotelstaff so mention which cab company referred you
Super convenient way into the parkinggarages at the end of the departures lane. Go to departures and there's a ramp to the top of the garage. Plenty of close spots!

Our first time arriving to the Orlando International airport. Clean, easy to navigate. We had a private car booked to pick us up. From the time of our arrival to the time we left the airport - 25 min.
If you are stuck in the airport until the morning like myself - couches at the foodcourt are priceless - comfy and are facing nice aquarium with рыбками
This airport is really comfortable and easy to navigate. However after more than 10 years using it, renovation and a major refurbishment needs to be done!
After you get through security walk straight back between the entrance to terminal trains by the chapel. There are power outlets and no people. Find a folding chair against the wall and set up shop
If you are looking for food in terminal B, get it before you go into the United Lounge. Pickings are slim once inside as compared to other United lounges I've been in.
If you're travelling to Disney hotels, follow the signs to the Magic Express buses which will take you directly to your hotel (free of charge for Disney Vacation package-holders).
If you're just carrying on, use terminal top parking to get straight to the shops. The A and B sides connect at the top. Makes for easy in and easy out.
Get here early. It’s hard to find parking spots, specially handicapped ones. They do have an awesome selection of rental cars, whatever you’re thinking they have them here.
Best place to park is FastPark. 24 hour shuttle picks you up and drops you off from your parking spot. All spots are covered. Free bottle of water. 7 bucks a day. Can't beat it.
Leave pletty of time to get to you gate, and there's shops everywhere don't worry about going t the first shops you see,the place is that big you you don't need to
Majority of food options are before Security, in the hotel or the food court. Only vegan options in the B Concourse is at Smoothie King (cookies, nuts, and smoothies without milk powder + soy protein)
If your gate is 73 for Delta Airlines, I can purchase fruit & cheese w/ mini French roll for $5.69. It shows the date if freshness on the convenient resealable container. CIBO EXPRESS Gourmet Markets
You're not chased off from the drop off/pick up area as much at night as you are during the day. When being dropped off during the day, learn how to tuck and roll.
If you're flying Delta, the Delta Skyclub is right before gate 70. Its spacious and provides all the amenities you'll need as you wait for your flight. Use the Amex Platinum card to get access.
Make a reservation with an outside parking service-especially around Holiday Season. We are locals, and thought 'it will be fine. Those places are huge.' NO. Struck out. Now have to pay $17/day @MCO.
