Michael Eyre: Best combo of wings/fries in Houston. The garlic parm is my favorite. To go orders ready in 14 minutes. Program it into your phone and pick it up on the way home. 4+ locations around Memorial.
Michael Eyre: For the service needed to get you outfitted for the season, no one beats Carter's Country. Smaller footprint compared to Gander Mountain or Bass Pro Shops. Good used guns too.

Michael Eyre: Combo quality to price, this place is tough to beat. Great wine selection too. Sometimes a bit slow on the service, but still a must try.
Michael Eyre: A longtime Houston staple from when they were little known north of I-10 to booming in popularity. Recently expanded the space and the menu. Flat out best quality to price burger/deli joint in Hou.

Movie Theater · 22 tips and reviews
Michael Eyre: Best, least ghetto spot for movies in the area. Parking can be rough sometimes but right by the food court and Berryhill if you want something before or after different than movie food.
Michael Eyre: Get your fix for dogs. Original Coney with cheese rocks. Never gets old. Add chili to just about anything. Great kid place. Wed kids night.
Michael Eyre: Once of the best running, biking, walking spots in Houston. All the distance you want for running (Beltway 8 to Highway 6). Bike trails on the south side. Asphalt and dirt running available.
Michael Eyre: Love this spot for a business lunch. Convenient location. Great daily catches and consistently solid choices up and down the menu. Service is steller - not a common occurance.
Michael Eyre: By a whisker, my top Tex-Mex spot in Memorial. Edging out Escalantes, Sylvia's, Santo's, Ninfa's, Lupe's, Pappasito's, Cafe Adobe, Chuy's, Otilia's. Can't go wrong w/any on this list though.
Michael Eyre: Same family as Luling City (one of the top spots in all of the state). Great smoke. Don't even think about Goode Co. if you can get here.
Michael Eyre: Top kolache place. Stretch beyond the standard saugage and cheese and you'll find some all stars. Ham and cheese or spicy empanada are nice first tries.
Michael Eyre: Lots of do-nut choices in Memorial. Your best bet is locating the Shipley's closest to you. Not too keen on the non-do-nut fare but will walk miles for a maple iced baby.
Michael Eyre: Oh my goodness. Could not live without Luke Mandola's place. The patio is awesome at the Westheimer location. Top catering outfit. Sweet for private parties. Bar is hopping too.
