If you want a true original martini you will not get it here. They do not use vermouth. My guess is they are pandering to the local palette.
Worst. Martini. Ever. I said I wanted a "classic gin martini". He said, "what kind of gin?" I said, "Beefeater". He puts Beefeater into a Boston shaker and SHAKES THE SHIT OUT OF IT - NO VERMOUTH!
If you are looking for a pool to relax then this is not for you. It is very much a day club party atmosphere.
