The menu—a compilation of hits from bistros around the world—is utterly likable. You can choose between roast chicken, côte de boeuf, a fine plate of American cheeses.

Black label burger is good but would say spotted pigs' burger is better. Bartender was VERY rude as I was waiting to get seated, told me I couldn't have a seat, I didn't want a seat, only a drink.
