Monika: Beautiful speakeasy-style bar specialising in molecular cocktails. Not cheap but this is an experience rather than just drinks. Great live jazz nights. Be sure to book ahead.
Monika: Keralan restaurant with an excellent veggie selection. Try the Travancore Kayi Curry with their divine parathas. Book ahead as it is generally busy.
Monika: My favourite BrewDog by far! Excellent selection of beers, friendly & knowledgeable staff, great astmosphere. Hosts regular events & tap takeovers.

Monika: Best place in London to buy poi. Massive selection of other juggling stuff, skateboards, books etc. Knowledgeable staff is always willing to help you out.
Monika: Amazing place to shop, eat, drink or simply observe life. Thankfully the place survived gentrification & retains its quaint character. Been coming here for over 15 years, still love the place to bits!
Monika: Quieter part of London with friendly locals, decent hotels, good bars & restaurants. If you are easily frightened, The Bush can appear a bit menacing at night. Never had any problems though.

Monika: Beautiful covered market. Good for vintage stuff or young designers. The Diner offers an impressive selection of craft beer (for a burger bar).
Monika: Good hotel, relatively quiet & with reliable wifi. Chocolate muffins for breakfast. Cons: The guy in charge should treat the staff with more respect & they may repaint your room while you're out.
