- Hillary FrancisJanuary 4, 2013Joseph is a great waiter- friendly & knowledgable. The hamachi carpaccio is highly inventive, but not much food at all. The yellowtail pastrami is to die for. Try the buri bop entree- it hits the mark
- The omakase is very good although I suspect you could save by ordering a la carte dishes and sharing as the a la carte dishes are bigger. Good selection if sake
- Rayshawn WilliamsMay 18, 2016This is a much better take on the loco moco. Wagyu beef instead of hamburger meat. Very tasty!

- HONOLULU MagazineApril 27, 2012Order the pineapple tempura. It's wrapped in jamon iberico, the Spanish equivalent of prosciutto. The less salty, subtle flavor compliments the sweetness of the Hawaiian pineapple.
- Rayshawn WilliamsMay 18, 2016Never thought crab legs and fries would taste so good together. The sauce used with both is excellent.
- Monique RamseyNovember 1, 2010Also- their specialty cocktails are wonderful- I had some delish pineapple concoction and loved every sip. My mom had the lobster dinner and she thought it was the best she's ever tasted.
