Victoria SudingJuly 21, 2012There's an exhibit that shows the development of a baby starting from a tiny cell to a fully developed baby. They all died of natural causes and are preserved in jars. Kinda freaky but interesting.

Make sure to visit the Genetics exhibit so you can get a look a the chicken hatchlings and the cloned nice!

The U-505 is a Type IXC U-boat built by Deutsche Werft AG, Hamburg in 1941. Captured on 4 June 44 by USN Task Force 22.3. Donated to the Museum in 1954 and moved to it's present location in 2004.

Nick HansenJuly 5, 2017The weather science area was neat, as was the U505, but way too many exhibits were broke/down for maintenance. We paid $162 just to get in and felt like it was a waste! Very disappointed!!!- Make reservations before your visit for the coal mine. Tickets are now required.
