- If you are a member of another museum check with the ticket office whether you qualify for reciprocal admission. We received general admission for free.
- The U-505 is a Type IXC U-boat built by Deutsche Werft AG, Hamburg in 1941. Captured on 4 June 44 by USN Task Force 22.3. Donated to the Museum in 1954 and moved to it's present location in 2004.

- Make sure to visit the Genetics exhibit so you can get a look a the chicken hatchlings and the cloned nice!
