- The Corcoran GroupJanuary 23, 2012The atmosphere is as close to an old-time movie theater as you can get – which means the seats are a bit cramped but each one has a great view!Upvoted Oct 20
- Anna BrowneAugust 31, 2017Sat in the last row mezzanine (seat 102) for Dear Evan Hansen but my view was perfect! Great stage door experience afterwards as well (staff were great).
- Norman EllisOctober 13, 2015My favorite seats in the house are any in Row O in the orch. The seats are a bit elevated and provide an unobstructed sightline. You won't worry about the person in front of you blocking your view.Upvoted 2 days ago
- kiptripJanuary 20, 2017Saving Evan Hansen is incredible. This theatre is also smaller than London West End ones so you still have a great view from seats further back.
- Gerry ScheidhauerJune 21, 2018#dearevanhansen older theatre but quite happy with locale--on aisle and last row but no one behind me
- Ailie ChangJanuary 28, 2015I saw Pippin at this theater and sat in Row L and had a great view. The theatre has an intimate atmosphere since it's a bit older. Seats and rows are a bit cramped so I hope you're not super tall.
- Jole PJune 28, 2016Such a cute theater. Saw shuffle along there and the staff were so nice in getting us good seats from standing room
- Grace LadyecuaJanuary 27, 2018Coat check available in lower level for a small fee. Large restrooms on lower level. Smaller restrooms on Mezzanine level.
- Harumi UAugust 24, 2014Pippin is currently put on here. Baseline choreography is very Fosse-esque but this production is somewhat modernized. They involve audience from time to time. A lot of fun.
- Nicole SerratoreDecember 5, 2015Front of mezz is worth it if you can get a discount ticket. But it's overall a nice small house.
- Concert Ticket AgencyAugust 26, 2012One of the smallest Broadway theaters, try to get a box seat if you can, they are the most unique on all of Broadway. Humphrey Bogart once graced this very stage!
- HISTORYApril 13, 2010This theatre was built in 1921 by Irving Berlin & Sam Harris. Its longest running play was Deathtrap in 1978 in which actress Merian Seldes never missed one of the 1,609 performances.
- Shayan HooshmandAugust 8, 2013First row mezzanine seats are FANTASTIC! And make sure you catch Pippin. The greatest show I've seen on Broadway yet. Patina Miller is FABULOUS.
- A fine old house with terrific seating in the mezzanine for full view of the stage.
- Robert MadisonApril 6, 2016Theater is a good intimate space! "Shuffle along" needs some work as a production.
- Nate FolkertAugust 1, 2019dear evan hansen we’ve been way too out of touch. life has been crazy and it sucks that we don’t talk that much.
- Even the last row if the mezz is a great seat. Small, lovely theatre.
- EatMeDrinkMeNYCMay 7, 2014Pippin is not to be confused with Peregrin Took, son of Paladin, from The Lord of the Rings.

- Santiago RiveraJuly 30, 2010Make sure you catch Lend Me A Tenor before it closes on August 15! Such a good show!
