Almost didn't go to see this because of time but so glad we did. It was amazing as well as a great history lesson. I enjoyed seeing where the different cowboy styles originated. Bucket list must do!

Spectacular museum, give yourself at least 2 hours to tour it all! Captures the spirit, history, and romanticism of the American West. Yeehaw!

Check out Prosperity Junction! It transports you to an early 1900s Western cattle town at dusk. Sounds, replicas, & ambiance = super cool. (But since it was dark, this pic is the museum entryway.)

Really great museums. Paintings of western life, Native American life, rodeo exhibits, cowboy exhibits, Native American exhibits, and a walk through Western town. I was very impressed.

Not a bad way to spend a couple hours taking in local (and not-so-local) history. Check Groupon and AAA discounts.
