mold-smelling roms - we changed from one room to another with the same smell. Difficult to breath in rooms where you cannot open windows

We ordered a cafe latte and a cappuccino at lobby lounge, same size of cup and ratio of milk, so they do not understand basic fundamental of coffee drinks. In additions, milk was lukewarm... Gross.

WiFi is free throughout the lobby of the hotel. We got a package deal for breakfast hours (6:30-10:30am) and cocktail hours (5:30-7:30pm) /w WiFi in the room and the 24th fl lounge. Totally worth it.
