Insanely good, inventive Italian food. Fantastic wine list (they work directly with small biodynamic wineries). Interior is tastefully decorated with fresh exotic flowers that they change every week.
Exemplary urban park, built on old railway tracks. Hosts a number of great playgrounds, a skatepark, Brlo brewhouse, etc.
The most beautiful coffee place in Berlin, very sophisticated. Unexpected: they have a laptop table (and free reliable wi-fi!) where you can actually work.

Cool hidden sandwich place in a fantastic modernist building that also hosts a Michelin-star Pauly Saal restaurant.

Great coffee in a not-s-hidden (anymore) courtyard in Mitte. Come for breakfast and get the smashed avocado with poached egg.
Crazy good cocktails in an old pharmacy. Beautiful place that somehow manages to be casual and dressy at the same time.
Non-hipster, non-touristy market in Schoenberg. Best place to buy German cheese (try lemon&pepper or wildflower cheese).
Fantastic unconventional ice-cream (cold brew! grapefruit & earl grey! gin&tonic!). Try it in a "hausgemacht waffle" with a shot of Bonanza roast espresso. They also bake cookies.
Best park in Berlin: lots of hills, huge artificial waterfall and the best view on Kreuzberg.
Fantastic selection of some dangerous french cheeses and great wines. Also probably the only place where you can buy decent wine on Saturday & Sunday (!) while paying the regular wine store price.
Lots of different saunas around an open pool. In a park! Come here early as it get's crowded on weekends during the day. Warning: NO swimwear allowed, be prepared to show your butt.
Hip french fries place: Japanese fries, Odessa style fries, etc. Perfect hangover/late night food.
Great deli/bakery/cafe in Friedenau: they bake amazing bread and cinnamon buns. Also, try their French Toast!
A safe haven in one of the worst areas of Berlin. If you happen to stuck around Checkpoint Charlie - come here for great coffee, reliable wifi, power sockets and proper food.
