- Music Drives UsMarch 21, 2013One of the oldest theaters in USA, it was built in 1852 & originally known as the Boston Music Hall. It was converted for use as a vaudeville theater in 1900 & renamed in 1906 as The Orpheum Theater!Upvoted 5 days ago
- Patrick PeaseNovember 21, 2014Great venue for shows, no bad seats in the house and it's beautiful from floor to ceiling. Beer prices are a bit crazy so have a few before you arrive!!!
- Jonathan BlackburnMay 13, 2015Acoustics are great in this Historic Theater. Great place to catch a concert.
- Josh WardellOctober 24, 2018It always gets insanely hot. Try to get seats on the bottom floor, and make sure you can remove layers of clothes
- Jamie FergusonFebruary 24, 2019Check their schedule early as they have a variety of acts all year round.
- Tom ODecember 7, 2012They have 16oz cans of Narraganset, B-Light, and Heineken for $6 at the bar towards the back on the right in the lobby. Best deal on booze in the house.
- AliJanuary 23, 2018It’s old and rundown. And the balcony seats are specially uncomfortable. But I like it. And they have some nice events there.
- Jessica BairdSeptember 15, 2013If you are taller than 5'2" be careful.. There is NO leg room in the balcony. But the old feel of the theatre is awesome!
- Mark BiglowMay 7, 2018This is an older theater so the seats are fairly small with very limited leg room.
- Timothy TannerFebruary 3, 2013Be prepared to stand throughout the concert. Most people are. The seating is tight. Not much elbow room. There is a concession stand in the lobby. The venue is up close and personal.
- Derek KDecember 10, 2011FYI...don't mess with the staff! They've been working here since the dawn of time...and they DON'T care about your plight, show, or safety as they throw you into the back alley!
- StephanieNovember 2, 2015Nice theater, but weirdly placed bars and bathrooms make them inconvenient to get to.
- Kate MyersMay 18, 2011Anyone notice how crazy/scary the ushers are here? Even when you return to your seat you get the f-bomb dropped on you and you get interrogated...
- Derek KDecember 9, 2011Don' even think of messing with the bouncers or staff...they've been here since the dawn of time and don't care about your plight or show!
- Laura XNovember 8, 2011Buy your tickets here for Paradise and House of Blues events instead of through Ticketmaster, theres no fees!
- Jeremy KrantzSeptember 5, 2014Overpriced drinks and a questionable structural integrity... Welcome to the Orpheum! Don't forget to pre-game to save big bucks
- Al SAugust 31, 2010Do unsavory things in the shadows while listening to one of your favorite bands play live. Yes, that's me.
- Kelly HoekstraApril 13, 2012Make sure the person in front of u doesn't have an Afro if u wanna see the show
- Tickets for House of Blues & the Paradise also sold here
- Sara BrodyOctober 23, 2010Don't set your $10 beer down on the floor. You will spill it. The isles are way too narrow and even if you're not dancing, it'll end up in a sad, sad puddle around you feet.
