- Tim RothfussMay 12, 2017Get there early if you want a good vantage point, and you'd better bring a friend if you want your spot to be there if you have to use the restroom.
- Jeremy KrantzAugust 19, 2014Great, intimate concert venue. There's a bar on each of the two levels. You can also go to the lounge if you need to kill some time.
- Kenneth McKlinskiSeptember 15, 2022Variety of musical acts and being able to be close to the stage or up in the balcony as your desire for a view compels you.
- Music Drives UsMarch 21, 2013Formerly known as the Paradise Theater, this venue opened Sept. 22, 1977 and has hosted performances by U2 (their first in USA), Billy Joel, Tom Petty, Rage Against the Machine and many more. Rock On!
- Don't stand behind the pillars and most shows the speaker stacks will also impede your viewing. Try to lock down a spot upstairs.
- Hang out in the bar next door after you get your wristband and hand stamped for the show. Better beer and some seats. Good for between sets, too.
- OliviaJune 1, 2014A church meets here on Sundays at 10:30am! Lunch provided every first Sunday of the month. Don't miss out!
- By far one of my favorite venues around Boston. They just need to get rid of those poles so there's more visibility upstairs...
- d lOctober 19, 2010the renovations that were made over the summer are a definite improvement. the poles are less obstructive and there's more standing room. one of my favorite venues in boston!
- Allie GilletteNovember 13, 2011If you don't feel like being in the mosh of people in front of the stage (or if you're short like me) watch from the balcony! great view:)
- The main bar inside the venue by the stage has the best selection. The upstairs bars do not stock all the items. This would be especially true of Stella Artois!
- Eric V FieldsApril 24, 2012Mayer Hawthorne and The Country were incredible ... as always. He is a "Must See" if you are in to R+B with a "younger" approach
- Ron LOctober 16, 2010excellent venue. no plan, just walked up and bought a $15 ticket, some hippy funk on a Friday nite, roster mccabe, kinetix, & the brew. great talent. food was good 2
- VH1July 21, 2010Make sure you go to the Paradise bar before the show. Great people, atmosphere, and their TVs stream the concert so you won’t miss a second. – Scott P.
- Chris SmithSeptember 26, 2014Any music played here is good. Beers are cheap but there's not much room for dancing, if you're looking to do that.
- When it's crowded, it feels like there's no where to stand while still being able to see anything.
- Venue is amazing. Last time I was there was Junior Prom and it has changed in a great way. Great bands. Thumbs up!
- MeaghanSeptember 23, 2010On the floor, there is a pole. If you get stuck behind it, you won't be able to see the second half of the stage.
- MazdaOctober 26, 2010It holds a place in history as the first venue that U2 ever performed in the USA and has hosted some of rock's elite.
- The FeastJune 7, 2011Buy tickets well ahead of time for big-buzz bands. Some acts sell out far too swiftly, especially indie rock royalty.
- Ashley SporlederOctober 25, 2011One of my favorite places to see a show! Great atmosphere and great staff.
- Mohd Rohaizad Kuala PerlisOctober 8, 2012Best performance show by the Paradise Rock Club - Let's Rockin'!!!
- Jess RomanMarch 28, 2013Always check the upcoming performances! Sometimes there are bands that get really famous
- Crystal FauntJanuary 6, 2012Was pretty impressed with this venue, good sound and set up inside. Balcony has a good view if you can work around the poles
- PUMAMarch 18, 2011What can we say? Except you'll be sure of a cool night at Boston's legendary rock club!
- John HaydonApril 16, 2011Since you're so close to the Soka Gakkai, stop by and check out their schedule for Buddhist meetings.
- Scott ZakrajsekDecember 2, 2011Post show, Hang out in the coat check line. Girls hate carrying coats. And there's free bacon sandwiches
- When exiting the club either use the back door or in the main halfway stay to the left side. Right side is for merchandise and coat check.
- The Daily Free PressJanuary 22, 2013Indie rock band Yo La Tengo performs on Wednesday, Feb. 13, and English band Alt-J (∆) on March 2.
- Katie VanLentenJanuary 23, 2012TAKE A SHOWER BEFORE YOU COME HERE. I find most of you to be smelly. Thanks!
- BeckyOctober 22, 2010U2 played their first show here. Not all that smelly for a venue. Upstairs there are seats. They have a no moshing/crowd surfing policy, as most clubs should, since it's no longer 1994.
