A great thing about the Midwest (coming from DC) is the caves have so much more space to work with. Lovely space with great coffee in this community cafe. Wifi, pour overs, alchemy 18 is solid

Great espresso and relaxing atmosphere. This is an excellent place to get work done, though it's chilly in the winter.

They know how to make tea here, which is a rare find at a coffee-centric cafe. The pastries are superb especially: peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, feta and spinach croissants.

Who needs a PSL when you can get a Harvest Moon Latte, which sings with real pumpkin flavor (and the accompanying velvety texture) and warm spices?

We're especially fond of waking up to the scent of the Sumatra Full City Roast, but we're not too fussy as long as whatever they pour is hot, wet, and dark as night. Read more

Officially the first place in the TC where I've ordered white tea and the barista actually made sure the water wasn't too hot for the leaves AND my tea wasn't handed to me until fully steeped. Huzzah!
