Very beautiful zoo but also very spread out so make sure you have comfy shoes. Feeding the giraffes is awesome and worth it ( they have super soft noses)

Walk around the entire loop and check each viewpoint to find the bear. In hot weather, they like to rest in the water or shade areas

Stingray Bay is really cool, even for adults. The food is overpriced and underwhelming. Make sure to check out the orangutans, my favorite to watch.

Don't forget the hours changed this month. I did :-( that means it's a month or so before it is comfortable to go to the zoo again.

Check both outdoor yards and the inside rooms to find the 4 orangutans. They often have access to choose where they want to be.

Look around the exhibits for the dragons. If its warm out they will most likely be in the shade. If its cooler they'll be in the sun.
