One of the few cafés that doesn't blare obnoxiously loud music. Chill, perfect place to study. People converse, but it blends into background noise. They make a nice robust Americano.

Hands down, best coffee in the Haight. Every cup is brewed individually, just for you. Lots of cool decor. Great place to bring the laptop and get some work done.
Great coffee, expertly and politely delivered - a good atmosphere for morning start and evening close - there's two full bars - and it's in an art gallery - Bonus!
It's quiet,there are a lot of people on laptops. A perfect mix of macs and windows. I had a hard time connecting to wifi. A good place to study. There's a cool wall plant display.

If you want to work, the atmosphere here is better than at the Starbuck's around. Unfortunately, the free Wifi didn't let me connect through VPN (unlike at Starbucks)
