The crispy pata is super crispy. The end pieces might seem a bit dry, but the meatier pieces in the center are juicy and as fatty as you'd expect/want.

$45/person for the tasting menu. It's basically a 6-8 course meal...and all of it is delicious. No reason not to do it.

Powdered sugar donuts with pandan custard turned out to be fried man tou (Chinese buns) very disappointing when I imagined it to be donuts. Other dishes are tasty but not worth coming back.

The grilled pork jowl is really good. The watermelon in the dish fits surprisingly well.
