Trendy with a good buzzy atmosphere. This Italian restaurant retains a high popularity a couple of years after opening. Pasta dishes are excellent, but service can be slow. Weekend brunch is great.
Great brunch offered, $148-248 for brunch including antipastobuffet, main (tried meatballs and it's good), best part is their dessert. The panna cotta is silky smooth and molten lava cake is amazing.
Really enjoyed the pasta here. Hard to resist fresh madepasta. Antipastobuffet was nice. Service was excellent. Staff very attentive. Great place with a very nice view. Will be back!!
Great value great food! 480 per head for sharing menu for dinner. Sunday brunch special has champagne, wine, beer and negroni free flow for 280 per head!
Good value Sunday brunch. Nice antipasti choices, followed by decent primi (meatballs and lovely asparagusflan), ok secondi, & really good desserts - good chocolate mousse and pannacotta.
Came for lunch and they only had limited lunch set options. Meatballs and spaghetti were really average. On the other hand, panna cotta and tiramisu were sooooo good.
Decent Italian with a nice atmosphere. However, the appetisers and pastas are slightly underwhelming in taste. The various steaks are decent and suitable for sharing. Suckling pig was disappointing.
Nice relaxing city view, LOVE the steak tartare, meatballs are quite average, pastas are very small portion, but taste okay. Wines are good. Friendly service!
Had brunch here. Food & price were ok. It got quite noisy & I got confused because I had parmigiana & not beer in my mouth. Food was too salty for my taste. Perhaps loud noise makes food salty.
It seems like you can find a great Italian restaurant in any city in the world and Pirata is Hong Kong's outstanding Italian restaurant. Does get packed to the rafters but understandably so. Read more
