Get the Full English Breakfast. Pricey for the quantity but more than made up for by the quality. Make sure to get the fantastic soda bread with your breakfast.
Get the bagel with salmon and cream cheese. I'm pretty predictable. All-in-all I would say that their version is a bit better than Bagel and Bean's.
While they mostly have (quite nice) Dutch pannekoeken, they also have American-style pancakes. You can't go wrong.
Get muesli with yogurt. Tasty, a nice portion, and not too expensive. A good alternative to a croissant.
The complete breakfast is pricey but has it all: great eggs, toast, fresh juice and, apparently, coffee. The location, especially on a sunny morning, is great to linger at and watch people passing by
Get the blueberry pancakes. They're only available on Sundays and maybe €1 too expensive, but where else in Amsterdam are you going to get good blueberry pancakes?
The breakfast brunch is very expensive but decent. What you're really paying for is the fantastic ambiance. Kick it up a notch by going on Sunday for the jazz brunch.
Order the Huevos Rancheros with Habanero salsa and a fresh lime juice on the side for a perfect Sunday brunch

Great place, friendly staff, really good food. Fresh juices and smoothies as well as tasty coffee - it's well worth a visit.
