Iced green tea (served in a pint glass) has a thick head of velvety cream. Rose teapuccino is divine hot or cold. Afternoon tea deal ($22) is basically lunch for two. So good!

A work-friendly interior is complemented with an excellent array of teas and small bites. Favorites include the Iced Passionfruit Green Tea and the Iced Mango Rooibos.

Ask for no sweetener (which is sugar based) and they have honey available at the side table!

They no longer have unlimited free wifi. Only one hour with purchase. Still worth going for amazing tea.

Free Wifi. Nice people. Avoid the southernmost window seats after lunch — they get the afternoon sun.
Their Christmas tree looks amazing and smells delightfully piney. Look / smell it before the holidays are over!
