Coffee
Currently we offer the following coffees brewed individually:
Our espresso is a blend of the finest coffees from several growing regions. We choose seasonal coffee in order to keep the cup lively. We select coffee from three different parts of the world to add complexity.
Estate Coffee:
We offer several excellent single estate coffees brewed by the individual cup. We change these as new crops arrive and as we discover exciting coffees to share.
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe.
Grown at 6000 feet, from the konga co-op the coffee displays a wonderful lemon acidity and is certified organic.
House Coffee
Brazil from daterra farm. This coffee screams with notes of dark chocolate delivered with full bodied base notes.
El Salvador, Finca Matalapa, Peaberry.
Another wonderful example of the role of high elevation in creating delicate acidity. The coffee suggests flavors of brown sugar, with hints of citrus and plumb.

House coffee
Currently we offer the following coffees brewed individually
all our coffee is hand selected and roasted to our specifications by George Howell coffee company. we had been importers and roasters in the 1980's and 90's, apprenticing under alfred peet. from this experience we learned that the most important aspect of coffee is the quality of the green bean. the next crucial step is roasting to maximize the flavor. prodigy is a new venture backed by years of experience. we feel fortunate to have coffee that is not only of the highest quality on the planet, but also grown where the farmers are treated with respect. our coffees are organic, fair or direct trade whenever possible
