Perched on the corner of Perry St and Greenwich Ave, practically the gateway to the West Village, the avenue-facing windows & benches see plenty of tourists, locals and gym-goers.
Although there's not much world going by on this part of E 10th St, you get a pretty good view of what there is at City of Saints. They roast their own coffee in Greenpoint and pull pretty good shots.
Just off 6th Ave, the stools in the full-front window provide a view of Garment District workers and tourists, while you enjoy a well-crafted espresso or pourover along w/ a Scratchbread scone.
