- Excellent everything: food, service, atmosphere. I've never savored any meals the way I do when I'm here. PS: When the heirloom tomato salad is on the menu, get it. And don't share it with anyone.Upvoted Aug 31
- Drew JenningsSeptember 20, 2014It sounded crazy when my dining partner said "we have to get the bread and butter." Well, you need to get the bread and butter. Incredible. The pizza and salad were amazing as well.
- By far the best pizza I've ever had in America. Get the Margherita and the ma Panna pizzas. And try the ricotta crostini appetizer. Also don't forget the incredible fresh, homemade bread and butter!
- Nicholas KolnikNovember 5, 2019The pepperoni pizza is one of the best pizzas in the country. Just the right touch of fresh garlic takes it to another level. 🍕
- HeenaAugust 7, 2014Love! Bread&butter &bread w/olive oil tasting is must! Kale was good. Love the margherita pizza& santo. If you LOVE mushrooms get Mai pai. Loved cola&ginger beer. Good cocktails! Great for dates!
- karenJanuary 27, 2016Simply stunning. The centerpiece is obv. the pies (project hazelnut is a revelation) & bread (don't miss that fine, fine butter), but don't miss the salads, meatballs or dessert, either.
- Favourite place in JC. One of the best pizza places in NYC/JC. Calm ambience. Great music, always. Good bar. Top notch food - truly delicious. Warm staff. Unavoidable wait line.
- Amanda Petrocelli McLeanMarch 24, 2015Meatballs are delicious... Baby Bella pizza was amazing. And do not leave without getting the pannacotta with salted caramel for dessert.
- NJ.comJanuary 13, 2014Razza's margherita pizza is a model of its kind — uber-fresh cheese, crisp crust, perfect char. Also recommended: the ricotta crostini and fire-roasted meatballs.
- I actually adore the classic pepperoni pizza! Such a light and delicious take on pizza. Get the bread and butter as well!
- Shawn ThorntonMarch 3, 2017Love the pizza and bottles of wine. Small place and you usually have to wait if you dont have reservations but they have a section of the bar that you can order from, and place the drinks on your tab.
- Eli ShererSeptember 17, 2015Thursday night is jazz night. Sitting outside is great, not too loud (of course the weather needs to cooperate). Pizza is great, come hungry!
- Sw WolfJune 16, 2013The prices are slightly above moderate, but the service is good the food is tasty the people are friendly. If you're a fan of artisan breads, and unusual product, this is a place you're going to enjoy
- Hands down this is the best pizza place in North Jersey. The quality of the food and service is consistently high. I've never had a bad meal here. Also, the meat balls are a must-try!
- These people care about yeast/dough and fresh ingredients. Decent wine options or you can have a good manhattan with your meal. I always get a salad here they are as good as the pizza. Always packed
- Sam SNovember 28, 2015Pizza might be in the name, but the bread and butter here is simply perfect. Go heavy with the butter. But yes, the pizza is really good too. Maple bacon is one of my favorites.
- A deceptively small space, Razza offers a handful of appetizers and salads, as well as a solid variety of wood-fired pizza. Seasonal specials are available as well and change regularly
- The zucca pizza was one of the best white pies I've ever had. I can't wait to come back later in the summer when the heirloom tomato salad will be on the menu!
- Felipe P.July 21, 2015Amazing place. The ambiance is quite unique, pizza is delicious - indeed the best pizza in Jersey City - and great service. Price is above average, but it's well worth it.
- If you're a fan of thin crust, this might be the best for you. For me, I prefer normal crust, not too thin, not too thick, Arturo's is still #1 in my book.
- SolDecember 31, 2018Creative pies, and delicious bread (don’t skimp on the butter). It may not be as good as Lucali’s or Di Fara, but it’s the best pie west of the Hudson.
- Earns its rave reviews! Have only had takeout, and wait times can get long if you don't order early, but your order will be done exactly when they estimate. Small pies (individual) pricey, but great
- Eric AvilaMarch 23, 2018Terrific ambience worthy of a date with delicious tasting pizza that has a nice thin crispy crust. High quality ingredients used throughout the menu!
- LTDecember 12, 2014Razza is all about pure ingredients. Their Margherita is crispy and light. Bread/butter is good/fresh, but at $4 I'd rather spend more and get a bigger app. Service is attentive, space is just right.
- Kim KalikApril 11, 2017Ask for the red pepper flakes and extra chili oil! The pizza is amazing and the kale cesear was great as well. Defiantly will continue to come!
- Tom WalshMarch 3, 2019The meatballs on the side are the best I ever had and the pizza is pretty good. The service was excellent definitely a place you should try.
- Olivia ZratkoFebruary 3, 2017Definitely need to get the house made bread & butter. Other great add ons are the meatballs, kale cesar, and the ricotta crostini. Love coming here!
- Ryan HaighAugust 7, 2014Arguably the best restaurant in Jersey City right now. The fresh cheese, meatballs, kale salad, and practically every single pizza available are all unreal.
- VeraMarch 9, 2017Absolutely amazing pizza place! It has a very aesthetic feel and the every day specials menu is really something: pleasantly surprising each time and delicious! :)
- Mr. RayAugust 25, 2016Super great restaurant. Cozy, and romantic at the same time. Great food great ambience. My wife and I love love love.
- Jill SabatoFebruary 10, 2013The Ceci is amazing! Along with the olive oil tasting. Amazing service as well. Pizza with duck egg, yum! Come hungry. Next up kales Ceasar salad!
- The pizzas are all excellent, but the one thing I can't live without here is the stracciatella.
- Market vegetable plate is so good. Bosco pizza is my fav. Make sure you ask for the red pepper flakes and chili oil!
- John PerezOctober 2, 2016Good pizza but prefer Roman Nose as the top place for great pizza; new fave is Zucca pie (butternut squash and pancetta).
- Vishal ShahApril 21, 2017They make some of the best brick oven pizza in NJ. Definitely get the meatballs and bread/butter too.
- Erika PerziMarch 23, 2018Excellent pizza from locally sourced ingredients. Margarita exceeded expectations.
- Looking for the BEST homemade pizza, look no further. Wood-fired with seasonal additions throughout the year!! Keep up the great hospitality!!
- John SMay 7, 2015Not your typical pizza - Specialty pizzas and worth trying. Meatballs are delirious. I had the pork pizza and loved it.
- There are lots of white pizzas on their menu, so order the spectacular meatballs appetizer and then save the tomato sauce for dipping of white pizza and crusts.
- besides pizza their salads are great. Very fresh ingredients
- Larry FishJuly 14, 2013Everything is wonderful . Cheese and bread are executed with perfection! Nothing extra to hide flavor, just the delicious food
- While they DO charge $4 for the bread and butter, it is TOTALLY WORTH IT. Order the bread, Kale Caesar, and Margherita Pizza. Excellent.
- Ben RMay 10, 2015Bread and butter is worth it. Maple bacon pizza was spectacular. Perfect thin puffy crust pizza.
- Jyotshna KansakarJuly 13, 2013Everything here is good! My personal favorite here at the Kale Salad and the Panna pizza. Simply amazing!
