- Friendly service and very nice rooms. My room was incredibly spacious and comfortable to compared to other hotel rooms in Midtown Manhattan. Highly recommend this place!
- Alexandra Griffin FitzpatrickOctober 20, 2013Great boutique hotel a short walk to most midtown attractions and subway is around the corner. Very comfortable quiet upscale rooms. Yes they're small but this is NY! The rooftop lounge is gorgeous.
- SityGrl ✈️☕️💄August 18, 2015Great location. Close to a lot of places. Staff is superb. Room is small but very quaint. It's NYC, you don't stay in your room!
- The Corcoran GroupJune 19, 2012The rooftop has recently been opened to the public, so go now to enjoy an especially serene no-frills cocktail or two before the word gets out.
- Lizzie EvansDecember 9, 2011Cute & very updated hotel in a great location! Rooms are small but you don't come to NYC to spend time in your room. Yes you can hear the buzz of the street a bit but...that's New York.
- Paris WallaceNovember 10, 2011This is a great hotel, location, quality, amenities, all an A+. I travel and I'm super picky, but they impressed me enough to write this.
- Jazzie ChanelMarch 28, 2019Even though this hotel has impeccable customer service, the building is so old that I couldn't listen to music or have a friend or two over for a conversation. Please insulate the walls!
- Otel.comApril 18, 2012The hotel's Opia Restaurant & Lounge serves great French cuisine and refreshing drinks. You'll love hanging out and dining here.

- The rooftop bar is great. Check the seat cushions to be sure they aren't soaked from rain before you sit down. The bartenders in the lobby bar wouldn't turn the tv channel for us "didn't know how"
- Jomary JimenezJuly 27, 2013Great service, beautiful rooftop and more than comfortable rooms... What more can you ask for?
- Jennifer GebeleinFebruary 8, 2012Great hotel. Nice staff, centrally located and the decor is funky and cool. I would recommend.
- L VVMay 14, 2014Staff was very rude and not helpful. Rooms are very small, and the wood paneling in our room was rotting away/misshapen. Huge comfy beds, though! And Opia is FANTASTIC. Try the spinach!!
- Extremely small rooms in which ironing board could be hardly unfolded! Not to mention other maintenance issues: drip taps, smelly room, noisy AC, no toiletry etc. Location is really good though.
- Doug OliverMay 26, 2013Room 603 is not small. Street noise can be an issue. Elevators take forever and are very small. Otherwise, a very nice stay. Good location, restaurant and bar are good.
- Help is fantastic. Vinny in the bar is awesome. A great place to stay.
- Karen W. MasseyJanuary 16, 2012Staff is lovely. Fireside lounge is fun. Decor is interesting. Bath is big but water is slow and less hot than one could wish. Location is great, though.
- Emily MunroeDecember 20, 2011Business office and gym was nice. Rooms a little small. I'd recommend it!!
- DonnaFebruary 19, 2014I fail to believe their restaurant has more than a hotpot and a microwave based on the food they serve.
- Traffic on Lexington goes all night. Make sure you've got ear plugs!
- DonnaFebruary 19, 2014Highly recommend avoiding room service at all costs. Super slow, and a college kid can make better food in a dorm room.
- DonnaFebruary 19, 2014Beds aren't very comfy. Even with my head on pillows, my feet are higher in the air...
- Jazzie ChanelMarch 28, 2019Even though this hotel has impeccable customer service, the building is so old that I couldn't listen to music or have a friend or two over for a conversation. Please insulate the walls! Rooftop super
- Kwam Brew-HammondDecember 19, 2014Went to Opia's. Service was horrendous. Food was okay. Nothing I'd write to France about.
- Hotel bem localizado. O único problema é o tamanho dos quartos: são muito pequenos!!
