Easily the best restaurant at the airport. If flying out of A or B gates this place is definitely worth taking the train over to Concourse C. Craft beer and delicious food.

Colorado lamb sliders. Just do it, you won't regret. Place has a nice selection of local beers on tap, the best place I've ever been to in an airport for sure.

Reader tip: An oasis in the midst of the chaos. Having enjoyed their homemade soups, arepas and signature drinks, it makes me want to venture into Denver proper to try the original restaurant. Read more

Grab a booth overlooking the tarmac if you can, and make the most of your layover with a glass of wine and tasty nibble. The beet salad is remarkably good, especially with a slab of salmon on top.

Crispy Chickens tacos and the sweet potato fries were both delicious. They're also very accommodating of dietary restrictions.

The cranberry duck wings are ridiculously good. The lamb burger yes. Even if you don't think you'll like the sauces, get them on the side and try them.

Maybe the best airport restaurant experience I've ever had. Delicious, local food (+ beer!) with lots of gluten-free/vegetarian options, plus great service. Favorite thing was Korean tacos!

Delicious, but pricey. Still, I prefer it over typical airport food. I've had a few iterations of their turkey banh mi (once it was a sub, another time a burger) with sweet potato fries.
