- Carli DJuly 31, 2016Unpretentious experience with good, almost organic wines. Loved learning about the sustainable growing practices. Worth a stop in your vineyard tour.
- The B&B is clean quiet with updates amenities. The breakfast is also very good. The wine tasting area is quite nice as well with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are very nice and accommodating.
- One of the most beautiful vineyards I have ever been to. Super dog friendly, lovely rosé, and delicious donuts!
- Shinn's wines are leaps and bounds beyond the rest of the north fork. Their focus on sustainability makes the wine an honest reflection of their land. It truly represents a time and place.
- ZenFoodsterDecember 3, 20141 of my fave vineyards on the N Fork. Unpretentious, chill ambiance w/ friendly staff & a dog named Panda. Love the Wild Boar Doe, Rosé, Coalescence, Chardonnay, & Pinot Blanc.
- Jenna Rose RobbinsJuly 16, 2021Staff was super-accommodating when we arrived near closing. Great views and a cute little gift shop (with, of course, plenty of wine to choose from).
- The queso fundito is a delicious addition to the wine and apple brandyUpvoted Oct 24
- Ben K.May 28, 2015Solid winery that makes their own moonshine as well. Try the Haven, Cab Franc, or Wild Boar Doe.
- Veronika SonsevSeptember 1, 2013Love the wines here. Coalesence is one of my favorite reasonably priced whites. Plus the tasting here is $10.
- Ashley RoseAugust 11, 2015The wild boar doe was my pick. The rosé and some of the whites were just too sweet.
- Kristin MasonApril 28, 2012The Coalescence is delicious year after year, but the vibe alone is worth a visit.

- Jan PlassSeptember 4, 2011Go for one of the dinners - either the monthly wine maker's dinner, or the futures dinner in February
- Ken SrubinskiAugust 7, 2013Wine good, atmosphere nice but was ruined when the owner was rude to a customer for playing with the owners dog who was wandering the premises. Dog also was afraid of owner which isn't a good sign.
- kristenSeptember 5, 2011There is a hidden library stash that is $25 for the tasting, slightly intriguing and feels secretly scandalous. The over tasting wines are average
- Kt BeeAugust 7, 2013Good wine good atmosphere ...but apparently don't touch the roaming dog the owner rips you a new one ...will never come back
- EatMeDrinkMeNYCSeptember 1, 2010Nine Barrels - I give it an 85. Great finish with a bit of tanginess.
- Allison KinneySeptember 29, 2013Extremely rude staff. Server made us wait forever to pay our bill and then tried to charge us double. Stingy tastings. Much better wine can be found elsewhere on the North Fork.
- Mario DavalosOctober 8, 2010The best thing was the gorgeous redhead who served us, I gave it a 98...
- I POctober 7, 2018Too rude to customers. Sold us a bottle saying it was fine to stay after hours. But after 30 minutes started to kick our party out.
