Ramini Mozzarella and they sometimes have special with black truffles shaved on it. The ricotta is also epic, don't miss out and yes entire menu and staff are great!Upvote3Downvote
The Mozzarella is the real deal - buffalo variety don't miss this on the appetizer list. Everything else is incredibly good.
