If you want a real bagel with high quality lox and cream cheese, sized for human consumption, this is your place. So good! If you're looking for a one pound sandwich, you will be disappointed.

Bring your patience, the wait can be up to an hour depending on the time of day, but it's worth it! A simple nova on toaster bialy is a must order!

Go early to avoid any lines. Expect a little attitude if you don't know what you want. They are busy. Bagels aren't the best but the fish is. Could eat their lox every day and be happy.

The original appetizing store in NYC. Bring home some whitefish or lox, but at a price. Not much to buy for tourists except chocolates or nuts.

The original store is a much better value than the cafe. The smoked salmon and herring here will forever ruin your enjoyment of store-bought smoked salmon.
