A really great concept and one that I am honestly surprised that we don't see more. Someone took one suite in a strip mall and converted it to multiple takeout spots. It is a mini food court.
This place is inside Desi Food Galaxy. Had the Beef Kabab sandwich and Beef Gyro sandwich. Definitely preferred the Beef Kabab one. Would definitely recommend it to all. Ask for the spicy one.
Great food. Great prices. Went with a party of 16 and everyone was impressed by the food. The place has a decent size sitting area. It is located only a couple of miles from Universal Studios.
Overpriced bad food. Not a good combination there. Located just a couple of miles away from Universal Studios but the place was a major disappointment.
Horrible food. Horrible staff. Unless you like staff chasing after you for tips when they provided no service there is no need to go here.
A Halal food option for my fellow Muslims visiting D.C. Only the chicken pieces are Halal. You have to ask for them specifically & the owner told me they even have a seperate fryer.
Halal KFC! Well semi-Halal but we'll take what we can get right? Only the chicken pieces are Halal so far.
They have a sandwich/French Fries/Drink package called "Princess Combo" which despite the name you have absolutely have to try. It is located in the basement of Rutgers Student Center.

Ate here years ago during a trip to Chicago. Gyro was great and the portions were HUGE. Have always planned on going back if I ever make it back to Chicago.

I'm not a fan of Afghani Rice but their Chapli Kabab is really good. Have that with the naan.
The Mixed grill was sizzling when they brought it to us. Highly recommended.
Mutton Biryani was really good. Just have to remember to tell them not to our the egg on there next time.
Can't see myself coming here again. Gave the buffet another shot and it was meh at best. On top of it the hall Was being vacuumed after the buffet time started.
2nd best Bihari Kabab I've had in North America. First place goes to Al-Markaz in Dallas.
Standing in the long line is part of the experience. If you are a first timer or taking someone there for first time....do it. Don't go crazy with hot sauce but definitely try the white sauce.
The Steak-n-Cheese sandwich was good. The fries were ok. Was not a fan of them serving in foam containers though
Lamb Gyro platter without the rice or salad is the way to go for me. HOT sauce is really HOT. Don't try to be a hero. Go crazy with the white sauce though. Always buy one more for the next day!
If you haven't been here you really should put it on your to-do list. You won't be disappointed.
Weekend buffet is well worth the price of admission. There is a really wide variety of food for the whole family including "Americanized kids" for whom there are multiple options as well.
Chicken Tikka Boti would have been better if it was a bit spicier but worth getting nonetheless.
Bihari Kabab and the Nihari are really good. Recommend it as more of a takeout place as service during dine-in isn't all that great.
Tried the BBQ Chicken pizza recently. Probably will take it to go and eat at home next time. It was good but extremely messy to eat.
The fried chicken is really good. So far we've only gotten the fried chicken, fried and biscuits but it has not disappointed. The owner is extremely friendly as well.
The weekend buffet was pretty good. Seating gets a bit tight if there is a party being held though.
Food was kind of bland. I had the lamb & beef gyro wrap. Probably wouldn't go back here. There is some street parking available but it was hard to find.
Avoid the Biryani. It is always a letdown when restaurants add potatoes to it. Completely messes up the taste.
Parking is a mess so it is best to order delivery or to have one more person with you so you can take food to go. Food was incredible. Truly authentic taste. Would go back if I'm ever in San Francisco
Buffet was fairly average. We attended it for a party. I've heard that they don't serve naan in their buffet which makes absolute no sense. The decor is good & there is plenty of parking.
Taste matches original cart on 53rd & 6th in NYC. Have had it in NJ as well. Taste is consistent. Tried their BBQ sauce for first time. It was good. Be extra careful with hot sauce. It is extra hot
Good food and good service. More of a takeout place. There isn't much seating at all. Prices are really good too.
Had the "B7" burger from here with double patties. Basically a double cheeseburger but it was really good. The French fries were very good too.
Got the Elevation Burger. Would highly recommend it. French Fries aren't all that great though. There is outdoor seating available too. There is a parking lot nearby.
Decided to stick with BBQ items only. The Chicken Bihari Kabab and the Chicken Tikka were both good.
Try the 911 Buffalo Wings - Wasn't as hot as name would suggest but delicious nonetheless.
The beef burger was very good. Great alternative for those not in the mood to get chicken.
The Grand Trunk Naan Burger was really good. Parking is probably a challenge here but I'd stop by again next time I'm in town. They have seating in basement too. Food was good. Decor is good too.
Did a take out order for what they call a “Buffalo Chicken Wrap” I think. Basically a buffalo chicken pizza folded up or a Calzone if you will. It was really good.
The Beef Gyro was ok but a little bland. I’ll come back here but if I’m looking for a gyro I’ll probably go a few minutes further to Halal Guys in East Brunswick.
The beef burger was pretty good. Much better than the Cheesesteak. I'd definitely get it again
Beef Tikka Kabab was good but just a little hard making it a bit tougher to eat. The taste was really good though. Had mine with naan but subbed in French Fries for rice again.
The steak is really good. Highly recommend it. I had them replace the rice with french fries though.
I usually just order the breast pieces. Worth the extra money. The wings are pretty good too but just be careful with how hot you get them because the top ones are really really hot.
Located right outside National Museum of American History. The gyro sandwich was really good.
The food was really good. I had their classic burger. It comes with fries and was very filling. I like that they toast their buns too.
This Popeyes location serves Halal Chicken by request now. You have to go in & ask for it. They make it when you order it so give yourself more time.
The Tandoori chicken pizza is really good. All their pizzas are 11 inch personal pizzas. The pizza isn’t heavy at all. An average adult can easily eat one of these.
I went with the “You can’t handle me” pizza and it was really good. It wasn’t that spicy either. I would go back for it.
Food was really good. I went the “Beef on the Sticks” which is basically beef shawarma served on top of French fries. The sauces were good. Most people wouldn’t finish their biggest size.
An interesting concept but a welcome additional Halal food option in the area. The Beef Bihari Kabab Roll was good. It brought back memories of similar ones from Karachi.
The food is excellent. Hopefully they get past the opening week issues with delays and keeping stuff in stock. Try the Beef Bihari Roll or the Mutton Biryani.
