Trebla OsubaMay 29, 2023I wish they have departure/arrival boards at the check-point exit. My boarding pass for some reason didn’t have a gate #. I had to walk a long ways to find one.
A comfortable airport with good facilities, restaurants, and bars/breweries.
The Clear TSA Pre-check line is ridiculous. Likely quicker to use the regular pre-check line.
Ryan RosarioDecember 9, 2023The A Gates are very nice. The mini mall between B and C gates is as well. Security lines are very long and seem to be understaffed.

Jane StraussJune 4, 2013If you are flying out of SEA on the same day that cruise ships are changing over and you don't have TSA pre check or Priority Access from an airline, add at least 60 minutes for the TSA line alone.
Get a Chase Sapphire Reserve card so you can use The Club lounge at the South Satellite
For views of The Space Needle, pick window seats on the right side of the plane if you're flying in from the south.
Security lines can be *super* long here when the airport is quiet, because of all of the Clear lanes — leave an extra 15 minutes to be safe.
What you eat at Microsoft stays with ... TSA. Enjoy the chilli and the gingerale. Those are definitely dangerous items ... for my health. Have at it.
J BarrangerOctober 2, 2022Stock up on food before you come because this is a pricey airport. Unfortunately, you can't bring drinks through security, but bring a water bottle. A 20oz bottle of water is +$4 each.

When moving from S-gates to B-gates, for B1 and B3 only it's quicker to walk from the A-gates stop on the train.
TSA and CLEAR closes around 9:45pm, so plan to go through regular TSA screening if you’re catching the red eye.

The restaurant selection in Terminal S is the pits!
Pray for nice weather and a window seat on the plane to get an awesome view of Mt Rainier.
Ladies - whenever I bother to dress cute and put on makeup the security guys usher me to the VIP security check point and I don't have to stand in line. Try it!- Gate C area is completely different feel compare to Gate N. Don't forget to check out the eatery with huge outdoor view.
Get here at least 3 hrs before Intl dep time to ensure that there's time for emmigration/customs, security, and a coffee before boarding time!
Under construction in many parts of the airport at this time, but already lots of good food options

ChristinaSeptember 1, 2014Starbuck's opens at 4am. And pumpkin spice lattes/pumpkin cream cheese muffins are back early this year! That makes a 5am flight infinitely better.
After dealing with DFW Airport for a decade I really appreciate the simplistic design of Seatac. Only one simple terminal! While the after check in area still have the feel of a large airport.

Free wifi and multiple Starbucks stores here: one at main entrance one near C10. Even there is line up, the Service is very fast.

Dee FlowersJuly 6, 2013Beautiful airport, but being here was a tedious experience. It seems that you have to take a lot of shuttles to get anywhere. Especially if you're renting a car. Worst than ATL airport.
Kesia DianeJuly 15, 2013You better leave from your hotel or home early....parking is disconnected, rental car center is far away, and terminal for Delta...darn near needed a helicopter to get there.
