- N. AmroJune 3, 2013Airport: one of the few places you can have a drink first thing in the morning and not look like an alcoholic. :-)
- DoubleTree by Hilton ManagerSeptember 22, 2011Mom was right: Use a packing list. Remember to pack all the essentials and don’t forget the most common left-behind items, chargers and toothbrushes! For travel tips, follow @DoubleTree on Twitter!
- Motiejus OsipovasFebruary 6, 2015For long layovers the $45 USD for a lounge spot is definitely worth it. Although, they don't have secure WiFi.
- Stop bitching about pat-downs & body-scans. In some countries, they make you open all your luggage (checked & carry-on) and search every pocket (yes Angola I'm talking to you). Thanks to nations with
- RaniaJuly 23, 2017One of the best views but unlike the domestic terminal, only limited (unhealthy) food options are available once you pass through security check. Disappointing
- Sulman ChaudharyDecember 31, 2014Goto Beachers near terminal C before your flight. You will not be sorry. Only a 10 min walk from terminal A.
- Get your camera ready. Some of the best photos in the world were taken up in the air. (A window seat away from the wing is your best choice for views.)
- One of my favorite airports. Clean, never crowded and a great selection of amenities
- Jane StraussJune 4, 2013If you are flying out of SEA on the same day that cruise ships are changing over and you don't have TSA pre check or Priority Access from an airline, add at least 60 minutes for the TSA line alone.
- Mafe BrooksJanuary 29, 2013Delta supervisor, Tamara M. was so helpful when their partner Alaska Air staff was giving me a hard time checking in thru Sky Priority! A big THANKS!
- Mark JansenDecember 15, 2012Find a shorter line for security. All the entrances can access all gates. Trade a slightly longer walk for a much shorter wait.
- Stand 5 feet back from the baggage claim carrousel until you see your bag, otherwise your ass gets in the way & prevents the rest of us from spotting our luggage.
- Check out the Pearl Jam tour poster exhibit between Concourses A and B.
- Nicole KastenFebruary 20, 2015Beecher's in the C concourse is a must visit. Clean bathrooms and frequent trains between concourses.
- If you are going to drop someone off, don't stress too much about the backup, its backup from arrivals. Once you get passed the merging of traffic from the cell phone parking lot, it's open road!
- If flying Virgin traveling with a dog is easy. Just make sure the dog fits under the seat in front of you in a airline approved soft carrier.
- Don ElliottFebruary 24, 2013Breakfast tacos at Anthonys. Go right through to the bar and have a seat facing the planes. Great view!
- Ellie PinesSeptember 14, 2014A very full and busy airport, but security is relatively efficient compared to other places,
- How's Your Pony?June 20, 2012Curb airport snack attack without all the calories by picking up a bag of Erin's popcorn at one of the Hudson News stores. Yum.
- Usual tip for all airports. Curbside Pickups at departure during late evenings are hassle free.
- A comfortable airport with good facilities, restaurants, and bars/breweries.
- Race BannonApril 16, 2013This is one of my favorite airports. I find it quite easy to access and navigate.
- The Amazing RaceSeptember 15, 2011VIDEO: For the traveling adults, you should take a tour of Seattle's Underground World. It's fascinating. But, it's only for adults. - Phil Keoghan, Host of "The Amazing Race" Read more
- Frequent flyer tip: Head to checkpoint 3, the one in front of the open area that includes Starbucks, etc. The line may look long, but unlike the others it actually moves.
- Jason LiJanuary 24, 2014Very fast wifi and plenty of Starbucks here! The ceiling is pretty low at Concourse B
- Good selections of restaurants, hope they can extend the duty free shops hours though
- If you're flying the Spokane or Portland Shuttle on Alaska Airlines, you can use the Premium Lane at security!
- It goes without saying but try the chowder (Anthony's or Ivars) and drop a beer with it too! Cheers
- Ana MejiaMay 6, 2013Certainly arrive 2 or 3 hours before your flight departs because there are connection trains to catch plus avoiding any delays in the check-in points is best, which is a given.
- Ladies - whenever I bother to dress cute and put on makeup the security guys usher me to the VIP security check point and I don't have to stand in line. Try it!
- For views of The Space Needle, pick window seats on the right side of the plane if you're flying in from the south.
- Get here early, and be prepared to walk for several days to reach your gate.
- Remember there is a Starbucks outside of the gates. It's right behind the Alaska Airlines self check-in.
- Delta Sky Club is only available in the S terminal which is a pain. Take the train after security check in to S. Adds about 10-12 min each way from your gate.
- There are plenty of other coffee shops besides Starbucks. With much shorter lines. Venture out!
- Yummy sandwiches at Beechers near gate C2. Also, really friendly service!
- Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference CenterJune 22, 2011The food court is amazing in the main terminal along with great shopping to pass the time. Don't get distracted and miss your flight though! Happy Travels!
- The plan for screening passengers is amazingly cumbersome and inefficient. Give yourself plenty of time outbound.
- There's a post office box before security! Find the SW check-in counter, turn in toward security, and it's on the wall on the left.

- James McNJanuary 10, 2012One of the best places to meet returning international travelers in all of western Washington. It even has carpet!
- Ravi PAugust 9, 2012Light rail to downtown is a bargain at $2.75! But leave plenty of time for walking to the terminal if you are catching a flight.
- Washingtonians should consider a Nexus card which is a better value and gets you pre-check
