I can say its the best hotel I've stayed in over my 15 years visits to almadinah❤ this is my second stay at Shaza and they upgraded our room to suit & gave us upgrade voucher for our next visit❤

NoufMarch 24, 2015Rooms are comfortable beautiful with stylish elegant furniture but they had low room services also the waiters of the restaurant are very rude especially the Egyptian waiter .- A very cosy boutique hotel, 5 stars, islamic design with a modern touch. Very close to Almasjid alnabawi, i highly recommend it for newlyweds.

the Global Hotel Alliance chain hotels very nice and comfy to stay. I recommend u to stay in here and try Shalimar lounge inside.
Very close to Masjid Nabawi and you can enjoy your food whilst people watching. Well trained staff.

Islam FetouhSeptember 26, 2014Rooms are good and staff is very helpful however there is no lobby and elevators are far from each others and very crowded.
One of the worst hotels ever.. the carpet had stains and burnt out in some areas.. the a/c wasn't working so I had to stay in the lobby and waited for along of time so I could have another room..
Chereen ZOctober 2, 2014Decor is nice, but this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The rooms and corridors are filthy, the service is horrible, and the food is pretty bland. All in all, I won't be staying here again.
Leave this at your door if you don't want your room to be cleaned. They're like the cleaning 'rhymes with Yahtzee'.
