- I can say its the best hotel I've stayed in over my 15 years visits to almadinah❤ this is my second stay at Shaza and they upgraded our room to suit & gave us upgrade voucher for our next visit❤
- I would come back 100 time ❤ customer service was amazing👌their restaurants are great & everyone working their makes you feel welcomed the minute you step in ❤ 10 stars🌟
- Asim AlreedyApril 16, 2013If you are looking for a hotel that is close to al Masjid Al Nabawi, luxurious, excellent well trained and friendly staff, tasty breakfast buffet, parking for your car. Then this is your best selection.
- Tsnm RfiDecember 9, 2014Great islamic design and location, everything is fine except for the rooms' lighting it's too dark! also the carpets are visibly dirty and need to be replaced as well as the bathroom towels.
- Nusina AMarch 23, 2014Unique in its own way. I was too busy awing the Islamic design and the hospitality at the entrance to care about the "minor" shortcomings. Plus point: Near the mosque's main gate and women's section.
- ntQ alqubaisiJuly 27, 2012I like the islamic design of the hotel ,, Good and comfortable place and clean ,, the restaurant have a view to the mosque how amazing it is ,, check the pic !
- Riad Al SafarriniNovember 21, 2011The most new hotel in Al Madina, just few steps to Haram. The breakfast is excellent. Transportation to and from airport can be arranged, Very helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

- Off LineDecember 12, 2015Loved that cozy and comfy feeling the moment You're in ❤️, Loved everything vaAllah 😍. And though it's an endowment facility, The prices were not that good 😢
- The Fun Consultant!October 12, 2017The location is great, the design I guess the most beautiful in Madina, but unfortunately I have to say the hygiene standard in the rooms is very very bad, need to take extra care of cleaning😐
- Shaza Al MadinaNovember 21, 2011Thank you for your esteemed post Mr. Riad. We are delighted to know that you loved our hotel location, services and our staff. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
- NoufMarch 24, 2015Rooms are comfortable beautiful with stylish elegant furniture but they had low room services also the waiters of the restaurant are very rude especially the Egyptian waiter .
- A very cosy boutique hotel, 5 stars, islamic design with a modern touch. Very close to Almasjid alnabawi, i highly recommend it for newlyweds.
- Alsana YaseenOctober 29, 2012Just the right place to stay in if you want a reminder where you are and the reason why on every corner
- My favorite hotel in AlMadinah good hospitality and decorations 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
- Isminila SawitriJanuary 22, 2023The comfortable and incredible meal. Tha Shahd al Madina is the best
- Hanan AzizJanuary 29, 2016Great design. Breakfast is good but the place is too crowded and small. No view. Friendly staff. Small rooms.
- the Global Hotel Alliance chain hotels very nice and comfy to stay. I recommend u to stay in here and try Shalimar lounge inside.
- Very close to Masjid Nabawi and you can enjoy your food whilst people watching. Well trained staff.
- Shaza Al MadinaNovember 20, 2011Check the official Foursquare account of Shaza Al Madina; http://4sq.com/vumV9S . The first hotel in Al Madinah with a contemporary eastern lifestyle. A member of the Global Hotel Alliance.
- Sayed Ahmad DubaiJanuary 1, 2014I always advice you to take larger rooms specially for family group.
- Bil@lNovember 28, 2013The restaurant is beautiful and the food is excellent! Firaas the restaurant's manager is the best!
- Their lights and Islamic decoration + Luxurious services 👍
- Hanan AzizJanuary 29, 2016We have tried Their in-room menu, butter chicken is good, Asian salad is acceptable but not as described, fried vegetables "forgot its name" is terrible; too much spices.
- Anas RawahyJanuary 25, 2013Best hotel in madinah I've visited .. Great service and they are very kind
- Overall everything was good except, Check-in Check-out process takes too much time 😪.

- Adek OktovianFebruary 4, 2014Nicely decorated hotel, close to masjid nabawi, dirty carpet, noisy aircon, terrible lifts, terrible coffee during breakfast, terrible cleaning staffs, can't understand why they have high rating
- Islam FetouhSeptember 26, 2014Rooms are good and staff is very helpful however there is no lobby and elevators are far from each others and very crowded.
- One of the worst hotels ever.. the carpet had stains and burnt out in some areas.. the a/c wasn't working so I had to stay in the lobby and waited for along of time so I could have another room..
- Chereen ZOctober 2, 2014Decor is nice, but this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The rooms and corridors are filthy, the service is horrible, and the food is pretty bland. All in all, I won't be staying here again.
- Leave this at your door if you don't want your room to be cleaned. They're like the cleaning 'rhymes with Yahtzee'.
- Cengiz KayaOctober 23, 2013One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed. Dust everywhere, could not sleep. Small cups for the meals. Terrible lifts.Busy all the time. Never ever Will stay. Staying streets is definitely better
