- The fact of the matter is that this is one of the best values downtown, especially if you're a Starwood member. Don't bother with a car as the Metro station is across the street—cheap & convenient.
- Sheri KillingsworthMarch 7, 2013If a fitness center helps in making a decision on a hotel, Sheraton guests get free access to LA Fitness (in the building), Gold's (nearby), and the NEW hotel fitness center on the top floor (24hrs).
- Fernando Paiva AndradeApril 10, 2014one of the best location to stay in LA, you have Macy's and gym just below the elevator, also good bar's and restaurants in a walk distance.....
- Very nice and well designed accessible room. I am in room 400 and it is superb. Very spacious and clean public areas everywhere. Great proximity to Metro, shopping and eateries!
- Gül M.August 13, 2014I'll tell you a secret: Bottega Louie is very close to hotel, don't leave LA before having their delicious desserts and food!
- Recently renovated, rooms and public areas are stylish, sleek and comfortable. Location is excellent for exploring on foot or catching the Metro.
- Robert HMay 16, 2013People were extremely courteous, amenities (fitness center, Macy's Plaza on ground floor) were nice. Bed was very comfortable with huge pillows! Sleeping was very nice. Cleanliness issues in bathrm
- Joseph J HillFebruary 16, 2017Rooms and lobby are very good and hotel location is in financial district - only negative is restaurant not up to standard you expect in Sheraton Grand - but there are plenty of restaurants in area.
- KennethNovember 23, 2011If you want to use the TV with your device (e.g. iPad), unplug the phone line on the back of the TV first. Now you have the power to press menu on the TV and pick the input.
- GLR EMarch 6, 2015Some places are getting renovated, rooms are neat and clean but the elevator waiting time is disturbing. Reataurant is under renovation as well, temporary breakfast area is very very moderete.
- Great hotel, beautiful rooms and lobby (being completed). However, too much construction noise from property next door.
- Find Edgar at the front door or Gustavo at the front desk. They were both amazinging helpful and very friendly! They made our stay incredible!
- AT&TSeptember 15, 2011Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.
- Jill BlumMay 8, 2013Sub par rooms, though the people are friendly. 10x6 bathroom contains a 2.5x2.5 shower stall with a shower head that pops out, constant rumble of subway trains even on the 9th floor, and THIN walls.
- If you're able to, get an odd numbered room. Even numbers are on the construction side 😕
- Daria BartaAugust 3, 2013It is always like that on reception desk, no organization, a lot of waiting, be careful with payments.
- Candace TupperJuly 7, 2013Decent breakfast in the restaurant, room service food not worth the price. There are tons of good places to eat around, and a Super Target or a Ralf's of you don't want to spend too much on food.
- If you need to take an early morning shower, let the water run for 10-15 minutes for it to go from lukewarm to hot.
- SAMI SEDIGHANJanuary 26, 2011A ballys gym is attached to the hotel so If you want to work out they offer hotel day passes for those work out buffs...
- Ryan UnderwoodDecember 11, 2010Elevators are very slow if groups are traveling. Plan ahead. Valet is available in street level until 11pm. Then you must drive down below. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Hotel tired, but ok!
- Kevin PledgeMay 23, 2012Gym is LA Fitness (hotel guide still says Bally) across from lobby. Take a towel and water bottle.
- Bob HeubelNovember 7, 2013Outer Room 401 has no wifi and is loud. Bring earplugs. Try to get a room higher up and closer to elevator for best wifi
- Kerry DawsonAugust 25, 2012Don't stay here! Rooms are always hot. They gave someone else a card to our room. Housekeeping didn't come every day. Parking is $28 a day! We needed a fridge for my husband's meds, that cost $25.
- food loverJuly 10, 2017The rooms were amazing and the service was too. Only slight problem was the construction noise.
- Sometimes the elevator button lights don't light up when pushed on the 1st floor. Push the button and the elevator eventually show up.
- Cecil LiuJuly 18, 2011I stayed in Biltimore this time. But I food that Sheraton has better service here like Free WiFi and Hertz Deck
- Geekazine.com - Jeffrey PowersNovember 5, 2011Don't get a room next to the elevators unless you like the sounds of freight trains rocking you to sleep...
- Kat JJune 27, 2010Cheap groceries or take out meals at Ralphs ... 9th & Flower. Area a little sketch at night, but you'll be fine.
- Darin AMay 15, 2010Take a look @ the Downtown Library nearby. Classic LA Deco influenced architecture.
- Karl HobartJuly 22, 2010The Sheraton has seen better days, but for the price and location, it's a decent room. Great views of Downtown!
- Don't try to get on the roof. Apparently they have cameras that detect ninja moves.
- Internet is very slow, so not good for actually working, but great location.
- Clinton JeffOctober 3, 2011Neighbourhoods a bit sketchy at night. Staffs a bit rude. Nice view of downtown though.
- Bossa CasaJune 28, 2015Localização e acomodação excelentes, café da manhã à preço justo. O lobby em obras causou alguns problemas no acesso aos elevadores. A internet é paga à parte.
