- Kate The RedMarch 16, 2015The vegan options are scares but incredible. I always go for miso ramen with rice noodles. Portions are the size of your head. Unless you're a midget. In which case, you can bathe in heir soup.
- Ryan ZolaApril 10, 2014Shinobi Ramen, filled with broth prepared using a whole chicken, flavored with green apples, cooked down for seven hours, served with crunchy bean sprouts, corn, and savory slices of pork and chicken.
- Boris JonesApril 8, 2015The menu at Shinobi stands tall against the best in NYC, though vibe is the real winner. There’s always quality music, a warm cozy feel, and the staff never fail to make you feel at home. Read more
- Dan ValenOctober 30, 2014Epic kimchi! I wish the Shinobi ramen had more broth as it was so amazingly chicken-licious rich. Worth swinging by if you find yourself in Bushwick pining for ramen.
- I've tried them all, and the super miso is by far the best. Shinobi has a cozy atmosphere and the waiter Rob is always polite and helpful! Make sure to give Rob a big tip, he really deserves it.
- Supermiso is our favorite! The picked cabbage uniquely awesome and something that you wouldn't expect.
