Really nice and quiet place for lunch. Cocktails here are mind-blowingly good. The cheeseburger and chicken salad sandwich are both great - but the kicker is the fries - which are deliciously salty.

This place has been my SAVIOR many a late night!!Seriously delicious dishes, desserts, drinks and staff. I'm going to say it: probably one of the best fried chickens in NYC. Don't sleep on this place!

The thing to get is the fried chicken as everyone else says. It's juicy, delicious and they give you big portions. The service was great. Kid friendly place with booths and also a bar

Fried chicken salad sandwich is unreal. Not like regular salad with a ton of mayo. Lighter. Apple and cheese is a nice touch. Perfect thick bread too!

Friendly service . Duck is excellent and so is gumbo. Small but good beer and wine selection. Reasonable price. Would definitely go again.

Awesome spot with roomy booths, friendly vibe, and delicious cocktails. Great for dinner or brunch, both with an amazingly good fried chicken (and waffles at brunch!) on the menu.

The buttermilk fried chicken was succulent and tasty through and through. And that sautéed kale was sweet and went well with the thick cut bacon. Make sure to also try the seasonal cobbler.

I feel like this place had a hiccup a couple years ago of not so great food. But I've been back three times in 2014 and have been really happy. Gumbo is outstanding. Fried chicken is great.

Great drinks. Solid French fries. Chicken is good. But all of the other food here is a bit of a let down. We keep giving their other food another chance, but haven't had a truly great meal here yet.

Get the gambas for your app and fried chicken for your entree and bread pudding for dessert...trust me!!! And the service was wonderful

Fried chicken is great, but so is the salad with feta and beets. They have a rhubarb shrub right now that's pretty great too.

The food, especially the fried chicken, is just as good as the mixed drinks. You can’t go wrong with the Negroni.

Their late-night menu is later than anywhere else in the hood—so if you're craving fried chicken at midnight, this is it. Pro tip: Hungover? Order the oversized BLT at brunch with a Bloody Mary.

They don't hold tables, so make sure you get there ahead of time, especially if you want one of their tables in the back. The succulent fried chicken entree made it worth the wait, though...

The gumbo is good but hot hot hot. Also don't sit near the bar. There's a regular that comes in and when he sits at bar, his plumber's crack was staring at us the whole time, blech!

Great cocktails here. Particularly enjoyed the Rumspringa (made with Demarara rum, housemade orgeat, and lime & mint swizzled with crushed ice and angostura bitters).

Probably in my top 5 NYC brunch places of all time. Love the chill gastropub-type atmosphere. Plus the French press coffee and unbelievable food.

Order a Manhattan and throw back some oysters. I can't recommend the burger with blue cheese enough for a very enjoyable meal and overall experience.

The sidecar club sounds simple, but it is the perfect combination of savory and sweet. Turkey, cheese, APPLES, and vidalia all layered on perfectly toasted (yet oh so soft) thick bread. Read more

Don’t skip over their version of a Banh Mi, the Banh – D on a ciabatta with cucumber juice. Get it spicy, with a cold beer out in their backyard.
