The Tipsy Crow occupies one of Downtown’s most historic buildings, dating back to 1874, exuding all the stimulation and excitement of a multi-level, vibrant venue.
Food is a bit overpriced. Service is slow. Taps don't change very often...but it is the best place in Mira Mesa for a pint.
Go to Small Bar and try a beer you've never heard of. Bring your friend who doesn't like beer; they'll enjoy the cocktail menu.
