Made famous on Guy Fieri's Triple D, Slim's is a terrific Georgetown stop for a bite. Get a bowl of chili - 4 styles including turkey white bean - over grits with tomatoes, onion, cheese and chiles. Read more- Love this place. Brisket and bean chili is awesome. Cool vibe and great selection of beer and liquor.

Stay for the live music. Reminds me of the double Duce road house I used to bounce at, only better!

Try the Brisket n' Beans dish with a PBR in a Ball jar mug. The brisket is from the sister restaurant next door, Pig Iron Bar-B-Q.
