I like the staff and vibes. Two complain might you know it before a reservation: 1. Too busy to drop and take your car from valet 2. You’ll use 2 elevators to reach your room !Upvoted 5 days ago

N .May 10, 2023Worst hotel experience in Dubai! And then kept waiting for my room for half an hour when it was actually ready but Bosa didn’t tell me! If i hadnt followed up how long would i have had to wait for!
