A vegetarian's dream come true. This place has been around for many years. It's a veggie institution. The macro plate with carrot dressing in the signature dish.

The macro plate is super filling and delicious. Steamed veggies, brown rice, white beans and seaweed salad. Go for the tahini dressing - it's amazing!

First time back since the renovation. It's lost it's "CORNELL"..... Spiffy digs and the grub doesn't feel as special and made just for you as it once did. Back to 6th ave....

Not unbelievably flavorful but macrobiotic food rarely is! Get the tofu with sesame or a fish set with teriyaki!

Nice, filling and reasonably priced lunch. It was nothing to write home about. Tasted like it could be made at home with little effort. But I probably didn't order anything fun enough.

If you ate here BEFORE the renovation, I'm sure you'll notice the huge change. They've totally lost the "organic feel" & have gone corporate.

The Souen in the east village is way better. Service here was slow, and they don't offer the same things as the other one. And don't get the pad thai, it's noodles soaked in peanut sauce.
