They open at 8 AM and will serve you. And during the late afternoon, when you go back to retrieve all the lost items you left on the floor, the lighting is excellent.

Great spot for afternoon day drinking. If you're trying to be here for free hot dogs on Wednesday, get here early. They have them from 5pm "until they run out" which tends to be fairly quick.

Jacqueline WeppnerDecember 21, 2011This corner bar is often rented out to film movies and commercials. The booths are easily removed, making it the perfect setting for any era-inspired shoot with great NYC views.
There is an "iPhone charging station" in the back room (corner next to the window). Yes, it's basically just a bunch of iPhone cables coming out of the wall, but whatever, it's brilliant!
Every Wednesday at 5, they serve free hotdogs that've been cooked in beer. So worth it
Aaron BehrDecember 3, 2013Smells like hot and beer. Srsly, walk in and you know what i mean. Excellent pours on smartly curated draught beer list equals good times for all.- aka: Shark Bar. (I know the shark on the south wall doesn't have any teeth so it looks like it's smiling... but really, like all sharks, it wants to eat you)
- Go on a Sunday at noon to get a free bagels w/ the fixins or on a Wednesday a 5 pm to nab a free Hot Dog!
- Fun times quite during the day and crowded with great people weekends and nights!

- Smells like a hockey locker but still the best place to throw back some brews in NoLIta. Have come here after many disappointing holidays to kill my liver.
Found this place by accident a few years ago and now make a point to stop in whenever I'm in the city. Outstanding people watching inside and out. Try the heffeweissen
