It's definitely worth the wait, and the maple-bacon donut is everything you've dreamed about, but unless you have an iron stomach, plan on taking it slow for a few hours after you visit.
Depending on the weather, the wait staff may not light the fires unless you ask. The food was alright, but get a nice drink and relax by the fire, and you won't be disappointed.
