- Natalia GorevaMay 26, 2013If you're in the area on Sat night you have to stop by and enjoy live Scottish music and great atmosphere of this bar. Friendly staff, great beer, good food. Get Scottish Ale, scottish egg and haggis!
- Lainie GreenJanuary 31, 2015Went here for #BurnsNight had #Haggis which was good but the Trout was incredible! Great selections of #whiskeys if you are into it and beer.
- Scottish fry is the best brunch item and probably the very few traditional Scottish ones you can find on Manhattan, great value and proportion.
- Ms HeleneJanuary 9, 2013Friendly barman. Huge variety of scotches, beers and everything. Fuss-free and warm environment, just far enough away from the tourist traps of Times Square.
- Great scotch selection, good bartenders, usually not crowded or loud, great for a post-show drink or dinner
- Alex TApril 11, 2016there's a Prix Fixe menu for $35.. if you get the steak option it's $8 more "due to an increasing meat costs" 🤔 they make sure to write it in faded small font with no footnote reference 😂👏 bravo!
- Bridgett NewmanOctober 16, 2011My grandfather said his striped bass was "... Delicious and PERFECTLY cooked!" (he chowed down!). The thyme chicken was also excellent, although I prefer white meat to dark meat. All over 5 stars!
- Luis ZambranoApril 13, 2013Order Whiskey, that is THE thing of this place. Recommendation: Talisker - Distiller's Edition (Island Malts)... You will not regret it!
- The Corcoran GroupApril 23, 2010Looking for a place to eat before or after a play, but don’t want to eat in a tourist trap? St. Andrews is the place. Try the calamari or one of the more than 250 Scotches on the menu.
- Marianne LouloudakiJanuary 3, 2015We spent the New Year's Eve here and it was great! Great food and atmosphere!
- Best spot in the city for chips with curry sauce and a wee dram of Highland Park. The staff is fantastic!
- New York Hilton MidtownJanuary 9, 2012Amazing selection of scotch and they wear kilts. Plus, its a great escape from Times Square. You can't go wrong! - Amanda / Marketing Dept.
- Have the trout in maple/scotch sauce. Ask for the scotch menu and order from the paper list of additions to the menu
- Jonathan RobinsonOctober 3, 2012Probably the best option among its midtown happy hour bar peer set. A bit overpriced but worth it for the good selection of UK pints
- CBS New YorkMay 9, 2016They're offering Brooklyn East India IDA and Tandoori Chicken Skewers for Ales N' Apps Week (May 9-13)
- Kat MontgomerySeptember 25, 2011Fish and chips was excellent what a nice clean, friendly spot to stop for lunch and some golf and football
- Dan MillerFebruary 25, 2017Hang out on Friday nights and then go to a show at the Tank theater across the street.
- Nick 🍾 FarinaFebruary 10, 2013Don't let the location fool you. Awesome scotch list, in the league of Brandy Library.
- Aastha ChandakJuly 27, 2015Their Long Island Ice Tea is wayyyy better than even the one at HRC! It's not on their menu though.
- Try the Ribeye Steak - Not the best, but very good, and not stupidly expensive as New York can be.
- Sean MurphApril 6, 2011Best selection of singles malts in the city. Party headquarters during Tartan Week, and home of all things Scottish.
- Great scotch selection but their old location had more. They need to update the menu. Unofficial HQ of Tartan Week NYC. If you like kilts, the entire staff wears em. Food is nice.
- Dee Dee RhinehartNovember 25, 2011Great local pub with a restaurant that serves late. Connor, the bartender, is the real thing!
- Verónica VerónicaMay 6, 2015I have no idea where the bar is because I live in Europe. I´d like to go there. Maybe in a short time....
- Hungry Domaine ~October 13, 2011Good bartenders and great cold Carlsberg beer! Do you really need anything else?

- Robert SaundersOctober 24, 2010Potstickers, steamed or fried are my fave. Then there's Scotch Eggs and the Beer Pretzels.
- TomDoody USADecember 19, 2011I would like to be friends with people who check in at St. Andrews, but I don't have names. Can someone help?
- AmandaSeptember 8, 2012Out of two appetizers at 8 and snotty service so far. Lucky for her were a group bigger than 6 so her gratuity is guaranteed
- Anna S.February 25, 2010Amazing food that decently priced for a restaurant in the city. The ribs are the best I've ever had.
- Jimmy Tee ShirtApril 6, 2014This place charges for tea refills. I wouldn't have spent $100 at this place if I knew they would nickel and dime me on tea refills. Food was ok but I couldn't get over the charge for tea refills.
- I do dig this place but $100+ for 4 pints, 2 mid-range drams of scotch, a half dozen oysters and buffalo calamari? Really? REALLY? Come here only if you have an expense account or are a tourist.
