Mats are available for free, just wipe them down at the end of class. Love all of Tal's classes! She explains and assists through all the postures and transitions in a very clear and helpful way.
Lovely little studio in LES. Solid teachers, nice warm atmosphere, a good pace of practice for various levels. Free mats too!- Katy ZackOctober 5, 2014Hidden gem of a yoga studio. I feel like I'm tricked into a workout because the studio is so chill and meditative. I'm always surprised how challenged and relaxed the classes make me.
