Terrible frappucino! I can't believe Starbucks makes this way! Ice is not enough! The staffs who make coffee are not professional, they made lots of mistakes, joking when woking.

Seriously, this place is not that good. Staffs are slow and not professional enough. Overrated place with too many 'social climbers'!!!
