Die 1902-03 im französischen Rotonden-Typus erbaute Lokremise wird heute, nach mehrmaligem Umbau, als Kulturzentrum genutzt. Die Remise ist das grösste noch erhaltene Eisenbahn-Runddepot der Schweiz.
Gebaut 1921. Sammlungen der Urgeschichte, der Stadt- und Regionalgeschichte, der Völkerkunde und Kindermuseum. Im Sommer findet hier das Kulturfestival statt.
