My favorite place in Gent. The menu is changing every week and this is great, because the chef lets us explore more of his fantastic food

The place is very tiny and you will most probably have to wait outside. But the good point is the great coffee!
I would recommend to arrive at 8am and enjoy your breakfast almost alone, looking to the empty streets
