LamiaDecember 22, 2014A quite place with a free WiFi n diff. tabels/booths. If I were living there, it would be a perfect place for me to work. I got the chocolate croissant and it was really good. The latte was good too.
This place is SF's best kept secret. Not only do they have kick-ass caffeinated beverages, but the ambiance is gorgeous (fireplace encased in glass, teal walls), AND it turns into a bar after hours.

Sugar is one of my favorite places to digitally camp out. It's often busy with art students, hipsters, yuppies, and wannabe startup entrepreneurs. Trés fun! You can throw parties here too.

Jen LongOctober 5, 2013Half coffee shop half bar. It's almost like a Japanese mixed use space. Get the cheese plate with meat - avoid the Caesar salad.
The coffee's very good, folks behind the counter are great. Plus, free wifi and plenty of outlets. Not to mention great big window that you can slide open on nice sunny days - great spot to chill.

$10 bottomless mimosas during weekend brunch! Best deal in sf. And the food is great too!
$2 mojitos are where it's at! All the food is scrumptous! Try the chutney bites, the risotto tots, or the dessert sampler!

Upstairs area is nicely secluded And very comfy for a good size group of people.
Food is a bit overpriced, but coffee is decent. A good alternative if you don't want to wait in line at Honey Honey
