Attilio Poli: Arrive here in the morning before the crowd of the trips invades the beach. Great view, possibility of climbing. Keep your food well inside the bags or the monkeys will raid it.
Rafal W.: From there you can take the long tail boat to Railay Beach West (100B one way), one of the best beaches in the world. Good for climbing, snorkelling and kayaking.
Belen Guzmán: There are no wifi hotspots, limited electricity, no streets, just dirt roads... But it is totally worth it when you have the most amazing view and a great connection with the nature!
David Poon: The beach is huge - about 5 km long - and a great alternative to the crowds at Ao Nang. It has a very gentle slope, so note that during low tide the water goes out quite a ways because of this.
Chryssa Lai: Where they filmed The Beach. Nothing to shout about. No real need to pay the 200b to access the vicinity if you go by the back way - which has a tad choppy waters, and has a more authentic feel too!
Dieyra Azalieyra: The blue pool is to die for... Amazingly beautiful... You have to climb up the stairs up to the beautiful pool and it worth the time... Soo pretty
amanda: Lovely place! One of my favs in Krabi. lucky we went before the crowd of tourists came otherwise it won't be so nice. At the base of the waterfall there is a mix of hot and cold water. Pretty cool
Alexander Armyn: Nui, the owner, is a very humble and has a lot of interesting stories, and the atmosphere in the dining room is very peaceful and tranquil, just like the room he provides. Love being here!
Chris Dawson: Western style food in Thai restaurants is not usually fantastic, but the Relax is exceptional, absolutely amazing western breakfasts, sandwiches and coffee, to complement the great Thai food..
Lada 🦕: When the Tsunami hit the Islands of Thailand nearly all of penis carvings were washed out to sea. Many were recovered and it was obvious where they had come from and they were returned.
The Ritz-Carlton: For families searching for exotic, kid-friendly thrills, take a trip to the mountaintop Wat Bang Rieng temple to receive Buddhist monk blessings.
Danielle Chutinthranond: I love the aloo gobi, Chana masala, and the lamb rogan josh. We came here every night. The food is a reasonable price and it is incredibly good.
ᴡ Krabi Thailand: Come to pier little earlier than 8 a.m. and buy ticket at boatsmen. The earlier you get to island, the longer you enjoy its quietness, at about 10 am hundreds of people start coming there...
The Ritz-Carlton: The treasure of Bamboo Island is beneath the waves. It’s a wild kaleidoscope of marine life and a rainbow of coral down there. Pull on your snorkel and get up close and personal with a clown fish.

Johannes Heine: It's a beautiful and quiet beach. It's great to watch the sunset. If you want to swim, do it in the morning or right before sunset. Avoid the afternoon, since there is a big reef visible at low tide.
Blake: This is a family friendly beach. Great swimming, with lots of space on the sand at high tide. Some small jellies in the water, and some snorkel opportunity at the North end.
David Scholtz: The cooking class is Fabulous. Don't be shy to get to know the other cooks - a great way to have fun conversations and meet fellow tourists and get tips and travel ideas.
Mark Lockitt: Amazing cheap food, great range to choose from, especially if you're vegetarian. Vegetarian breakfast is fantastic and all juices and shakes are freshly made. Try the papaya + orange shake. A++
Elizabeth Toth: The A.W. is something you should do in K.L. , you can have a tour around and see the cute puppies. Afterwards you can walk a dog to the beach or the river. They are really doing a great job there!
Annie Hall: Eat in candlelight on the beach. Beautiful, fresh grilled fish on the open air barbecue is a real treat. Very reasonably priced and a real find on Klong Dao.
Friederike Wild: Amazing place for animal lovers. Play with cats. Take the tour to learn about the sanctuary. During morning and afternoon (less hot) you can make a dog happy by walking him to the beach or river.
