- Start with the toastadas. All of their ceviches are fantastic and great to sample with a large group of adventurous eaters. The caipirinha is a great strong drink, and the mojitos don't disappoint.

- The Jimmy Rolls are the BEST! And you can never go wrong with a Mango Mojito.
- Sit at the ceviche bar. Order a Mango Mojito and Asian tartar. Ask chef Jimmy to make it with his choice of fish. I promise it'll be worth it!
- Order the Bistec with filet mignon and a mojito. You will not be disappointed!

- If you need gluten free ask for Carolina! Everything is delicious! Especially the polenta.
